Thursday July 30- Year end success offer
Hi !
154 days. That’s it.
December 31st is fast approaching and you depend on end of year donations to hit and surpass your organization’s fundraising goals.
How will this all important campaign go? It depends on your plan.
And that’s why every single year-end campaign I’ve managed has ALWAYS surpassed its goal!
No joke. That includes a national organization spending $30,000 on the campaign and turning it into $120,000 in donations. An ROI of 300%.
This isn’t magic. It CAN be done, as long as a dynamic, well-planned year-end strategy is in place.
Need assistance planning and executing a successful year-end campaign? Just reply to this email and I’m ready to help!
What does a year-end plan include?
Calendarizing: Creating a calendar which shows what activities have to be done by whom and by when, on what channels is content being sent and when does it have to go out, who is on the receiving end.
Storytelling: Figuring out what story to tell, what problem to ask people to solve, how to add layers to the original story, how to mobilize people to act and give.
Copywriting: Making sure the copy will encourage people to act, knowing what copy to use for each specific channel, how to write for your audience rather than typing what YOU want to say.
Channeling: Mail. Email. Social media. Phone calls. Text. Plenty of ways to get in touch with supporters at year’s end. You need to plan which channels to use for each part of your audience.
Thanking: This is the part where so many nonprofits fail. You don’t just want them giving at year-end. You want donors to continue supporting your work in 2027 and beyond. Your gratitude plays a HUGE part in that! Proper gratitude is just as important as the ask.
That’s a LOT to plan and work out in advance!
I’ve done it numerous times successfully. And I know that success depends on the strategy.
As a valued subscriber of this enews, I am offering a discount on my year-end campaign work. Two options:
A) The plan: I start working with you and your team right away to manage and fully plan out your year-end campaign. I’ll be on top of it all to make sure everything is being done on time, changes are made as necessary and you surpass your fundraising goal.
B) Audit: I’ll spend a couple of hours reviewing your year-end plan, copywriting (direct mail, email, social media posts, gratitude etc.), donor segmentation and more and will share expert advice, tips and best practices which will help sharpen and improve the overall campaign.
I know how much is riding on your year-end campaign. And I’m happy to help relieve some of the pressure you’re feeling by turning those year-end pain points into growth opportunities.

Happy time!
Last night my son got married. I’m still on a massive high!
It’s been a crazy few months in between planning a wedding coupled with my dad’s passing just seven weeks ago. The highs and lows of life, all wrapped into one.
Which is kind of how I view things. The universe is all about balance. Sometimes those come together in a short span and sometimes you only notice it after awhile.
Have I had time to process it all? Nope. Starting next week when life goes back to some semblance of normalcy I’ll begin to do so.
But for right now, my son got married. Nothing in this life is guaranteed and the fact I lived long enough to see one of my kids get married is a blessing which I can’t put into words.
It hurts that my dad wasn’t physically there but he was definitely present. And maybe that’s the balance.
All is good. My son is married.
Amazing.
See you in your inbox next week. Have a great weekend!
P.S. Follow up to last week’s P.S. We’re still discussing that nasty bug going around.
